  January 2022 I was driving on the parkway behind a Richardsons heating and cooling truck when something flew out of the back of the truck and hit my windshield causing it to have a chip and then crack more than halfway across the windshield. They were immediately notified and I was told to submit it to the insurance company and they would take care of it. After five weeks of going back-and-forth they then decided not to pay for the windshield after they said they would. They lied to the insurance company and told them that there was snow in the back of their truck so there was no way that anything could’ve flew out without knowing it. However there wasn’t even snow on the ground that day so it’s a little impossible to have a bed full of snow when there is no snow. A local company causing damage to a locals vehicle and then saying they will pay for it and then five weeks later they won’t, definitely not a company you can trust with your home if they can’t even fix damage they caused to my vehicle.
