  We had our heater quit on a Saturday and it was the coldest day of the year. Kyle with Rich's was able to come out that day and repair the issue. It ended up being a faulty breaker to the heater strip. Kyle was friendly and knowledgeable and I was charged a fare rate for the service provided. I would highly recommend Rich's.

  We have used Rich’s for a few years now. The service is outstanding. Chris Mobley performed our 6 month maintenance on our AC unit, and he was very thorough. Rich’s installed/replaced our old ductwork and the service and pricing was great. I would highly recommend Rich’s for your AC work!

  Such quick response and arrival. Macon Cavanaugh went out of his way to fix my heat blower on a Friday so that we could stay warm on the weekend. Called at noon and he was here by 1:30. Thank you Macon and Rich's heating and air
