  We just want to give a huge Thank You to Rice Heating and Air! Our A/C went out 3 nights ago. I contacted our Home warranty company and they set an appointment with Rice. They came out right away. We also had them out in Feb. For the furnace. Our A/c and furnace were about 30 years old. We decided that instead of fixing it, which most likely wouldn't last. We decided on a heat pump. 2 very nice young men came out and spent all day yesterday and 4 hours today to replace everything. They did an outstanding job! Very polite, hard working, not complaining workers! Also, very fair pricing. I highly recommend Rice Heating and Air for any a/c or heating needs!!

  This is a great company. Micah was at our house one day, we made a decision to replace our unit and his team showed up the next morning at 10:15. Our situation is difficult because the air handler is in the attic and it was a difficult job. These guys worked all day, taking off a bit of time for lunch and to have a new piece made, came back and worked until 11 PM. Matt stayed and, using my vac, cleaned the closet floor and bedroom floor where they had walked. This is dedication to the job. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

  Rice Heating and Air are always quick to respond to our AC and heating needs. One of the most professional groups of people we've ever hired. I know very little about HVAC systems so their knowledge and skills for finding the best solutions to our needs is invaluable. I'd recommend them to anyone needing maintenance or full installation.
