  Adam called 15-min prior to arriving, was personable, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We greatly appreciated his personal attention to our furnace cleaning & diagnostic testing. Adam provided excellent customer service and practical, helpful Q&A maintenance suggestions. We highly recommend Adam and the RHYMES team!!

  We have worked with Rhymes Heating and Cooling for many years and are always pleased with their service. This time our furnace had gone out, just before Christmas. However we had many of our adult children returning home for the holidays (we have six). But with the weather turning colder needed it replaced fast. We paid a small fee to make that happen but were so pleased they were able to accommodate our needs before the holiday. We cannot tell you how much we have appreciated a working furnace during this cold snap!

  Rhymes is the best. Caring team let us borrow space heaters until installation crew could make it out to install a new furnace. Guys were nice, professional and walked me through everything done
