  He showed up and really didn’t do anything but hook some wires up and take the front panel off of the unit . Didnt diagnose what the problem was - but instead trying to scam me $3,980 for a new unit . Never looked at my thermostat or my furnace .

  Had an appointment (11-3-20) which the technician never showed up to since I had a bill back in 2016 that I supposedly never payed for. No phone call about the skipped current appointment. Was confused about the whole issue and the lady hung up on me when I Politely asked questions.
