  Fast, friendly, and parts were in stock for same day pick up! Nothing better to ask for when your in a jam with some sort of HVAC item at your house that takes a dump on you unexpectedly! Excellent customer service, as usual!!

  My heating unit needed parts, and I could not find anyone that could give me the correct information. After two months of calls and bad advice I called RF Fager and spoke to Matt. He took out time to make calls and get information that allows me to move forward. I wish that all those in the service industry would do the same. Thank you, Matt.
