  Reynolds Heating & Cooling recently performed duct cleaning for us as well the installation of a new 96.2% efficiency Bryant furnace. The new furnace proactively replaced a 22 year old Bryant furnace. We have been very happy with the reliability of Reynolds over the years. The new furnace and thermostat install went perfectly. I cannot recommend Reynolds Heating & Cooling highly enough! They are a pleasure to work with in all regards.

  Overpriced, dishonest, poor quality work. Call someone else. Reynold's came out to repair an issue with my central heating and cooling when it wasn't getting cool over summer. They made a very expensive repair, replacing a very expensive part and charged a lot more than I would have expected to replace it. When I asked why it was so expensive to replace the part they explained it was difficult work and they were experts. So, I trusted them and paid for the $1500 repair. Then in November the issue came up again, this time with the heater not getting warm enough. I called Reynold's back, thinking they would stand by their work, but instead they charged me another $250 to come out and diagnose the issue, clean the unit, and get the heater working again to some extent. They told me the system needed to be cleaned and that was what was causing the issue (you know, not the $1500 repair part they'd said was the issue back in June...). They'd happily clean it for a few more hundred dollars, but I declined since the system was working again. But, when the issue came back up just 2 months later I was certain that they would recognize that they had made some mistake and would come take another look for free, but no, they said they'd charge me another fee to even come take a look, despite having just been out to "repair" the issue a few months prior. So, I called their competitor. He came out and immediately found a loose wire that would have caused the original problem back in June. He also looked at Reynold's repair work and found that the part had not been installed correctly (missing a plug), which likely worsened the issue they'd originally come to fix. He fixed the loose wire, fixed Reynold's work, and now the system is working well again. I learned a $2000 lesson about Reynolds so you don't have to. Don't call Reynolds!

  Reynolds Heating and Cooling went above and beyond in my emergency situation. I discovered leaking water and needed to call their 24 hour emergency service. Jason was to my front door in less than 30 minutes after the call was placed and responded to my emergency call immediately after leaving a message. They went above and beyond to ensure that my home was in safe, working order. After replacement, they spent time giving me recommendations for servicing all of the water damage. I would highly recommend this company and would give higher than a 5 star rating if possible.
