  Retrofit Services Inc was dispatched by my home warranty company after the first company they sent out did not fix the issue and closed the job. Long story short, Retrofit Services Inc discovered the first company installed incorrect replacement parts (which were now failing) and and left potential fire hazards in my outside unit. Retrofit Services Inc went over their report which included pictures of the issues and repair of our unit soon followed. They were accommodating to my schedule, punctual, and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!

  Outstanding! The technician was professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. The technician got my unit up and running in no time. After dealing with so many HVAC creeps just out to take your money and run, I was on edge, however I am extremely satisfied with the services rendered and I am forever a Retrofit customer. I gave them 5 stars but that is not a high enough rating. 10 stars is more like it. Thanks a million guys!

  Stay away! They subcontract work to inexperienced and unprofessional individuals. The guy that sent took 2 weeks to complete a job that should've taken a few hours. His excuse was he ran out of PVC, then ran out of gas to weld, then didn't have the right size connections....on top of that, the guy no showed several times. WORST CONTRACTOR EVER! They didn't even finish the job after taking several hundreds of dollars.
