  Updated April 2019: We did call Rescue when we were ready to have our ancient unit replaced and were completely satisfied with the quotes Rescue provided, the installation process, and the extra work Brent did for us (adding a vent/replacing a fan). Brent has always been extremely responsive when we needed him, and will recommend his company every chance we get! We were referred to Rescue Heating & Cooling by a friend, and was very pleased with their service. Brent responded to my voicemail within 20 minutes, and came to our home almost immediately. He arrived early, figured out the problem quickly, and was on his way within 30 minutes. He was honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable with pricing. We will be calling him with any future HVAC issues.

  I have been working with Brent with his business needs for years and has always been one of the nicest people I have ever known. He also services our office HVAC and has done repairs on multiple occasions. Reasonably priced and fantastic service. It is always a great sign when your emergency phone call is answered with “I can be there in 10 minutes!”
