  I used this service company for the first time today. Robert showed up and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. All interaction with this company was courteous and professional. Maybe the stars just aligned, but I appreciate that more than I can say. Will use again, if needed.

  If you are a potential customer, you’re better off with a box fan and a block of ice. The field techs are untrained and rely on the office to think for them, the installers don’t respect customer property, and their service manager would rather fight than do what’s right. “Rescue” should stick to new homes, because they’re only rescuing themselves from repeat business.

  Good luck getting any parts you need. They only sell parts to companies abs not individuals. Wish could give less than 1 star since they do nothing at all.
