  I just want to start off by saying that Jonathan and Joe are awesome! I was having an issue with my tenant’s furnace so I contacted Rescue Force after seeing all their great reviews. The customer service rep I spoke with was so helpful and kind, and she was able to get me an appointment on the same day. She really gave me a great first impression of the company. Once the technicians, Jonathan and Joe, got to my place, they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and came up with a solution that had the furnace up and running in no time. Not only did these guys take care of my heating problem, they also answered a bunch of questions that I had for them and gave me a ton of maintenance and home care tips. All in all, my experience with Rescue Force was great! Highly recommend 👍🏼

  I had Jim and his associate come out and look at my heating system as I kept getting air pockets causing gradual heat decline and complete loss of heat in one of my zones. Jim and his associate carefully examined my system (which has 7 zones). This was not my first call to clear the air pockets. They clearly explained their findings in terms that I could follow and understand. They were really professional and kind. What really impressed me is the fact that they not just fixed the problem by purging the system and replacing a few air pressure regulation parts but also discovered the true cause of why I was constantly getting air. Jim did not know the history of the house but was able to point out that the reason stemmed from faulty piping in an auxiliary heating zone which was added to the main heating system when we finished the basement. This shows they really dug in and demonstrated a profound professional technical knowledge. Well done! Thank you!

  I called and spoke to the owner Doug. He quoted me $99 for a diagnostic test. The technician Joe came to look at my heating unit he charged me $149. He also said if I want to sign up for their annual service it cost $199. I gave him a check to hold until I get the estimates. They said they would email me within 7 days the cost estimates for replacing both the heating and ac unit. Three weeks gone by, NO estimates. I called & left messages with their answering service and emailed the company a few time but nobody responded to my messages. They cashed my check $348 without giving me the estimates. Finally Stephanie, a newly hired office manger called me. She apologized for the company. With her professionalism and prompt attention she resolved my problem. I got what is owed to me. I would give Stephanie a 5*. They are lucky to have her. She seems to be the only one that cares about customers.

We DO care about each and every customer and that is in fact why we hired Stephanie! We had a short period of time between office managers where it was difficult for us to keep up with all our demands. I'm sorry you were caught in the crossfire during this short time and I truly appreciate your patience during this time!
