  I had a problem with my heat coming on. I replaced the thermostat but problem continued. Called Rentmeister & they came out in about 4 hrs. Technician found a dirty flame sensor. Cleaned it & furnace came on. I thought the charge was quite high for what he did ($231.00) but I am grateful he got our heat back working. -------------------UPDATE----------------------- This company is awesome. They responded to my review & even called me to tell me a typo was done on the billing code & gave me a credit back for the mistake. Not many places would do that. Thanks again for the great service & the honesty.

  Our furnace wasn't working properly so we scheduled a service call. The technician was pleasant, but needed to order a part before fixing the problem. He never returned, so I ordered the part from Amazon (after waiting for 3 weeks) and replaced it myself. It didn't solve the problem. And they still charged me $120 - for nothing. Not a bad business plan - come out and talk for about an hour, fix nothing and charge $120. You could make a decent living doing that... I finally called a competitor two days ago. They immediately came out and fixed the problem for $69. Don't bother with Rentmeister!

  Kevin and Liza were on time and worked nonstop for 2 hours to get my job done. I had multiple items, including a water softener replacement, a new house water filtration system, low water pressure, and some hose faucet work. They did a splendid job! I am so happy with the quality of the work their responsiveness!
