  Alex is great and has always been prompt, honest, communicative, and fair with his pricing. We just moved to the Orlando area in August of 2021, and every vendor/contractor is a dice roll when you are new to an area. We have been so impressed with the company, the honesty, the timeliness, and Alex’s overall friendly and helpful advice and recommendations. Would give this company more than five stars if I could, and we plan on purchasing a full HVAC upgrade from Renown when the time arrives in about 12 months (or sooner if it becomes urgent).

  Alex is very honest, reliable, profesional, very affordable and fare. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED , I used his A/C services multiple times in different properties in Orlando area. They are the right people to fix or replace your a/c the right way.

  Had a complete new 5 ton unit installed including the air handler. All work was done in one day. Installer was friendly, professional and did a first class job. Would highly recommend.
