  Quick to respond. Sales manager visited and came up with a system that ended up being better, more efficient and cheaper than a competitor. 2 hvac techs did the install over an 8 hour day the service manager and sales manager stopped by early in the install for any questions i or the techs had ,and again towards the last 2 hours and actually pitched in and helped with the install. I was very happy with the new dual fuel heat pump system, all of the workers, and the price which was thousands less than the competitors. We will use them for further service as they seem very trustworthy

  From the start, everything went well. Rapid initial return contact and appt setting; David and Scott, the sales team took all the time needed to answer all our queries. The install date was met as promised, and all work performed professionally by Oscar and 'The Nameless One'. Everything works like a charm. Follow up about 10 days later to verify all was to our liking. Highly recommend Renfrow.

  So thankful we went with Renfrow! David was so helpful & kind, and took the time to explain everything to us and answered the tons of questions that we had. By far, made this first-time experience for us as pleasant as possible. Their crew worked fast and were focused on getting the job done correctly. We could go further into detail but to simply sum it up - Renfrow was a major blessing to us. Thank you!
