  Called on a Saturday evening to have them come look at my furnace because it wasn’t kicking on and it was cold out. They told us they would try and make it over that night and 5 mins after hanging up from them they called back and told me they couldn’t make to call someone else. Thankfully none of our kids were home that night. Will never go with them for any of my heating and plumbing needs.

  Not recommended they decide on their own to replace parts and then charge you for it. I had to hassle them to get the part taken off that they said they replaced which they never did. $200 for them to come look at my pump and tell me it "MIGHT" be a faulty. Will never do business with again even if I have to call someone in from the city.
