  They forgot to put shock absorbers between the bolts that secures the compressors into my cooling units. Eventually the vibration loosened and detached quite a few things inside and caused frequent fuses to blown. The mistake was eventually discovered by another contractor and fixed

  Great company to work for, Plenty of opportunities internally with the company. Also a great training program.

  If you want a tech to come an hour late when you close then leave and charge an extra 4 hours of labor these are your people. Also love the inconsistently and lack or communication from diagnosing techs and follow up repair techs👌
