  Kevin, the owner, was going to replace my air conditioning unit. After agreeing on a price he asked for half down. Poor me. I gave Kevin the money. After many, many phone calls, texts, and excuses going on two years now on why he can't get to me, he will not answer or return my phone calls so I can get my money back. I finally hired another company which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. (Titan services heating and cooling) Please do not hire Reliant heating and cooling for any of your projects. This company should not be in business. He is a scammer. All I can say is do your research and c-cap this guy. You will then understand. As of this day I still do not have my money back. Watch out people.

  DO NOT HIRE RELIANT HEATING AND COOLING, DE PERE, WI!!! This company has by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced and they didn’t complete the job. We hired this company in April 2020 to install air conditioning in our home. We haven’t had a/c in our home and we have hot water heat, so we needed all ductwork installed for the a/c. We were given a quote and decided to hire Reliant Heating and Cooling. We gave them $3,000 down in April 2020. He came the following week to start the job. The company only has one employee, the owner. He came for only a couple hours, a couple days, and cut all the holes in our floors for the vents. We hired him in April because we wanted the a/c installed prior to the summer heat. He said it wouldn’t be a problem. After the holes were cut in our floors, we couldn’t get him to return to finish the work. We continuously called and sent texts, in which he would sometimes respond, but most of the time we didn’t get a response at all. He always had an excuse for not showing up or he would tell us he would be there tomorrow and he would never show-up or call. After several months of trying to get him to return to finish the job, we requested our money back or he needed to finish the job by the end of the week. He finally returned to our house with the a/c unit and air handler. He promised us all the duct work and a/c would be installed by the end of the week. Of course, the next day he never showed up. We now had holes in our floors, and the a/c unit and air handler unit at our house, but no duct work installed. We again tried calling him and texting him and he wouldn’t respond. After a month of absolutely no response from him, we were forced to hire a different company to finish the job. After bringing in a new company, we found out he had cut holes in our floors that were the wrong sizes and in the wrong places. He also had parts missing from the a/c unit and air handler unit, which we had to contact the manufacturer to buy the parts that were missing. This guy really had no clue what he was doing and it ended up costing us a lot of money to get this a/c installed properly. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
