  Five BIG STARS for these guys. On time,Professional, thorough, and helpful. Fair price, ....probably a small family owned business that takes old fashioned pride in meeting the customers expectations. Reliable! Good name for this outfit.

  Patrick from Reliable came to my house for the service call. I was charged $85 for a 15 minute service call involving putting a couple screws in the outside unit to get rid of the noise xoming from the unit. He was not willing to connect a piece of AC duct work in the attic that is laying right next to a AV connection vent - he said that is a separate service call in which an assessment will cost $150 (I already know what needs to be done - seems like a simple fix) and then there are additional charges for anything they would do to the ducts. In my opinion this company doesn't model good customer service and has lost my business!

  We were having an issue with our heater, so I called Reliable Refrigeration and Joe came out on time and listened to what I described as the problem and promptly found the issue inspecting and cleaning my flame sensor. We are very thankful for your quick and knowledgeable service.
