  We are a high-quality window manufacturer in New York City and Architects or General Contractors often ask us to provide louvers either within or contiguous to our windows. We have always tried not to get involved because of the difficulty of coordinating with louver manufacturers. That was before one of our HVAC contractors recommended Reliable. I have been amazed how helpful they have been in helping with CAD drawings, advice and color sample matching at an extremely competitive price. James Drake has been wonderful in getting back to us promptly to answer questions. We very highly recommend Reliable. Peter Folsom

  Nightmare experience from start to finish! Promised ship-dates after we paid extra to expedite, then didn't meet them. Then first shipments arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Jumped through their hoops to show proof of damage only to have the second shipments arrive in WORSE condition than the first. Then, the one part of the order that arrived undamaged had bad motors and there was no labor credit given to replace those. Completely un-phased by our customers urgent need for this product or our company eating late penalties of $1000 per day for RELIABLE'S ERROR.
