  After cutting ties with my other heating/air company. I decided to call reliable based on 50 years in business and positive reviews. I’m glad I did. The representative was courteous. Set up an appointment next day. They showed on time and quickly replaced a bad switch. Thank you Reliable !!

  After calling another company and them not mentioning they don't use R-22 any longer and would use a different type I called Reliable. They still have and use the R-22 refrigerant that older units require. Called late morning and they were able to have someone on site within a few hours and completed the repair using the proper refrigerant. Would/will use again, and do recommend.

  We have been using them exclusively since 2020 except for one instance when we had to use another company through our home warranty. When the other company failed at their job, I called Reliable. They came right out, got the information to order the part and finished the job right away. We have an annual agreement with them and get our cleanings in a twice a year schedule. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Joe is an amazing technician. Very personable and knows his HVAC! I highly recommend this company.
