  Both employees I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. The tech that came to my home was prompt, honest, and fair. He also took extra steps that were not required.

  Reliable was great, tech came out fixed my A/C problem with a great attitude, very professional and knowledgeable, even the rep who answered the phone had a great attitude, I think her name is Rebecca and the tech is Alex, GREAT ATTITUDES.I will definitely be recommending and using this service again should I need to, excellent name for this company. THANK YOU!!!!

  The first time I called and asked for a price quote on a repair. I was told someone would call me back. They didn’t. The second time I called I was told the tech would call me Monday and set up an appointment. They never called. How can you be Reliable if you don’t call your customers back? I’ve found someone else to do the job.
