  They are not reliable. They don't call. You are just lucky when they show up. Owner told my daughter that it was her fault her air conditioner froze because she kept her temp lower than 74 degrees. I know many people who keep their on 70 degrees with out problems. They must use a more reliable and professional air conditioning business.
