  Call on a Monday morning, they were at my house by noon. The Technician, Reed was professional, polite, and friendly. He accessed the problem and fixed my unit within an hour. I got billed for services via email. Got charged a fair price for services. Will definitely use Rek-Tek again and recommended them to family and friends 👍

  I've had them do work before, but they don't seem to be able to return a voicemail. Bummer, because they do good work
