  Have been Reit customer for several years for oil, oil burner and AC service contracts. Very pleased with service. Had to replace aging oil tank. Dallas came in with best price for replacing with outside tank. Explaining all that would be done and how, what we needed to do to prepare and the payment process. Actual date of installation was postponed one month due to covid (not their fault). Installation was done in one day by a two man crew who very accommodating and knowledgeable about the process. Wow new found space in basement and very cool outside tank. Thanks Reit and Dallas. 143305

  We have been customers of REIT for our heating oil and boiler servicing since moving into our old farmhouse a year ago. We needed air conditioning in the house after our first long summer here. I gathered A LOT of quotes over the course of a few months. We decided mini-split systems were the best option for our home and after having spoken to many people, I came back to REIT who were the first I spoke with. Their price was the best for a top performing system- installation was fast and flawless and the entire process smooth. Chris happily answered my many questions and kept me updated with the order and delivery dates. We had two people here for three days to install the entire system and there was not a spec of dirt or dust left in the house! Rob and Wes were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. It was lovely to have them here! The entire project from start to finish including the sale of the equipment, ordering and insulation was just easy. Everything has been over and above my expectations. I recommend using REIT a thousand times over!

  Reit has been my "go-to" full service heating/ac provider for years. They installed the original oil burner plus a replacement. They recently replaced the fuel tank which was on its last legs. Reit provides my fuel refills also. I have always found their entire staff to be courteous, responsive, professional, all at a competitive price. I highly recommend Reit. Customer 164971
