  They need to back their work! We just had Reinke install 2 new systems in our newly built house; 1 system for the back of the house, & 1 for the front. We moved in to find the front room is much warmer than the back of the house. Their tech agreed the thermostat should have been installed in the front room, which is the room it's supposed to control; not in the cool hallway. After paying thousands for 2 new systems, they told us we'd have to pay for them to relocate the thermostat; & they offered no other recommendations to correct the problem.

  Reinke is perhaps the best subcontractor I used when I built our new home in Bullhead City. They showed up as promised, got the work done quickly and installed a great system. Not only that but over a year later I needed some adjustments done which I fully expected to pay for. They happily came out and made the change without charging me. They are a well run company and a company that someone is very happy to provide a high rating for. They did a great job for us.
