  Reiner was quick to respond to my service inquiry. Richard S. Provided me with welcoming customer assistance and assured me that Reiner was the right company to call for my service needs. The sensor on my hot water heater was malfunctioning/faulty, causing me to have to reset my hot water heater almost regularly and having never displayed the temperature. Reiner provided a quick response, sending a professional and experienced technician named Kevin B. and his partner Boris by the afternoon. Kevin was very polite and professional, and assured me the replacement part would arrive within a week or so. The part arrived within a day! Kevin called me the next afternoon and responded within the hour with the replacement part. Kevin B. was knowledgeable and the hot water heater sensor was replaced very quickly, rectifying the issues I have been having. He even showed me how to keep an eye out for future maintenance issues with the hot water heater and even the furnace. I was highly pleased with the service Reiner provided. I was never sold what I didn’t need and my problem was solved. I’ll be using Reiner for all my heating and AC needs in the future. In

  We used Reiner for our air conditioning system in 2012 and have maintained our system with them over the years. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Our heating system needed replacements and although we contact other people for an estimate they never responded so we went back to Reiner. they are not the cheapest on the block but their knowledge and professionalism more than makes up for it. When the system was installed there was one glitch and they came back right away to fix it. It all works great now and after using them twice and having to good experiences we would highly recommend them.

  I was very satisfied with Reiner Group from my first phone call to the completion of the job. The installation team did an excellent job.They were professional, friendly and did a great job cleaning up. I would also like to thank Ken. I appreciated him being there from start to finish, keeping me informed and answering my questions.
