They came when I really needed them, even tho they said they will try to send somebody out. They didn't charge me much and the person they sent gave me alot of knowledge of my furnace, among other things That's pretty much what I paid for in the end because all I had to do was turn the furnace on lmfao I didn't know how to work it, don't judge me🤣 but overall it was well worth it because now I have heat & I could cancel my appointment with another company that was set on the 9th of Nov. I froze for a couple weeks lol bit thanks to them & their customer service I called and they sent somebody the same day.. thank u very much. I wish I could remember the man name to give him a shout out🙄

Such a great company! I had an emergency heating issue and I couldn't get anyone in the area to come out except Regal Plumbing! They were prompt, and above all else the tech was knowledgeable and made the repair quickly so my kids and I didn't freeze. I've referred my friends and neighbors to Regal! I will definitely be calling them for any other plumbing or heating issues that arise! -Sierra

"Not so Regal" My husband and I were in a bind and still are since January of this year. Buckets are still in my basement catching leaks. Water line from the sink was leaking, refrigerator water line sprung a leak, the water filter for the house needs to be replaced and I found out that in the new house that we purchased there was a damaged sewer vent; all of which we need to replace. There is plenty of work that needs to be done so there was no reason for Regal to think that this wasn't worth the time. We waited over two weeks for someone to show. Don't get me wrong. The dad and son that showed up and looked around at all the issues were nice, helpful and sounded promising when telling me that they were capable of getting the job done. Here's the problem. When they finally arrived on February 7th, the same day that they were shown all the issues, I was told I would receive an estimate for all the tasks to be done within a week. It is now March 11th and all that we've received is a bill in the mail. No work done. No call back. No estimate in the mail. Just a bill of $125 for less than a 2 hour consultation visit with the due date of February 22, but we received it in March. With a 31-60 day fee no less. That's what this bill looks like. Is this really how this company does business? Unacceptable. And none of our plumbing issues are fixed. We've sat here for over a month expecting a representative to get back to us. Since I'm in the construction business I understand how busy plumbers can be. This case is not an issue with the plumbers. This is management. I'd never call this company for anything after this. Two stars only because the plumbers that showed were nice. Update: FYI to Potential customers: Regal asks for a $125 service/consultation fee whether work is completed or not. Completed services are additional cost plus the $125 initial fee.
