  You can't reach the Refugio County Clerk at their posted numbers. It's either busy or it sends you to a voice prompt telling you to dial a certain extension in order to speak to someone, which conveniently is not setup either. This is BY FAR the worst County Clerk in the state of Texas. Get your stuff together. It's unacceptable.

  Our district clerk (Ruby Garcia) is the sweetest most helpful woman. She used to be my boss and I enjoyed working for her!!

  There is a Difference between a County Clerk and a District Clerk. Mrs. Garcia is our District Clerk. Thank you.
