  I have been ordering from RHS for over 10 years. They have top quality products, very fast shipping and the best customer service I have experienced. My representative is Susie Hatch and she is always there to help me. She is always friendly, courteous and extremely efficient in getting my orders processed and usually shipped out the same day. If you're thinking about ordering from them, do it and ask for Susie to help you !

  Been using RHS for nearly a decade, and my company a lot longer. Great, helpful staff who are quick to assist with part identification and can often suggest alternates that would work better/cost less. Everything ships same day and I've never had a problem with my order. I wish they had a branch in the Midwest/East, but even though they are a few days away for me i still use them often. A leader in the business.

  I love Refrigeration Hardware! They are always helpful and friendly. My parts are always on time and if I ever have a problem they take care of it quickly. Sarah Cuoco is the best ever! We have developed a great relationship and I look forward to contacting her. My job requires me to order lots of parts from different distributors, Refrigeration Hardware Supply is the best!!!
