Arrived home on Saturday night from vacation to air conditioning not working. I have done business with Reeves since 1995 and as always was VERY impressed with service. Unit had to have a part which he obtained SAME DAY and my home is cool again. Terrific experience - highly recommend. I am a very happy customer.

Unprofessional and unbelievably disrespectful worst experience in my whole entire life! The owner Came to do repair for my Aircon for my business. He claimed everything is good and demanded almost $800 for the repair immediately and I paid him . Aircon broke down again just few hours later and I called him and he took a day longer time to come back to repair the same problem but again same thing the Aircon broke down again the following day. I called him to let him his problem and this time he came back later with excuse telling me my Aircon compressor is gone this time and need to be replace and HE PRACTICALLY JUST WALKED AWAY AND NEVER COME BACK OR CALL!!!!!THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNREASONABLE!!!! I was left with unfinished work and no Aircondition for THE WHOLE 3 DAYS!! I have no choice but to call in another Aircon guy and he came and fixed the problem right there and then without any problems! The owner agreed to refund me back my money after I proved to him someone came and was able to fixed his problems WITHOUT ASKING ME TO REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR AND CHARGED ME LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT HE CHARGED ME! Till today he did not refund me the money he promised!!! After the other Aircon guy from another reputable company came to fixed his problem and repair my air con it is very good from them and no further problems . I will continue to post this bad experience in ALL SOCIAL MEDIA IF I DO NOT GET BACK MY REFUND AS PROMISED BY THE OWNER TO WARN OTHERS OF MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This review is wrong and misleading. We repaired a leak where the copper line cracked coming off the compressor. We pulled a vacuum and refilled with refrigerant and the unit was running properly. The next day the copper line cracked again. We determined the copper is cracking due to a vibration in the compressor. The customer was informed he would need to replace the compressor in order to stop the vibration. He was very angry and demanding we fix it immediately. We tried to explain to him that we would have to call and get a price on the compressor and quote the job to him. It was late in the evening and we wouldn’t be able to get the price until the next day. He should have been patient with us and gave us time to gather prices and quote the repair. He also never mentioned a problem with another unit. We only looked at the unit he called about. The other company he claims to have called looked at the other unit. They did not repair the same unit we had worked on. We were never told there was a problem with the other unit. Had he told us about it we would have gladly checked it out and got it going. We even offered him a 100% refund if he could show us an invoice where another company fixed the same unit we worked on.

Reeves did an outstanding job replacing my air handler and heat pump upstairs in my log cabin. They were very professional and friendly and cleaned up after they were finished. Install looked great and professionally done. Highly recommended.
