  This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 but I can’t give a 0……I will leave it short!!! The owner Edwin is the rudest man I have ever spoke to. He definitely sucks at customer service and if I could give a 0 for the way he talked to me I would!!! Definitely not a company who cares for people!!! They know there is no competition in LaGrange so they feel like they can talk to you any way!!! When I told Edwin I work in customer service and would never speak to someone that way he said well I’m short handed and busy!!!! My thing is MOST BUSINESSES including the one I work for is short handed and busy, so that is NO EXCUSE!!! That being said I would never talk to customers the way he did!! That’s no excuse YOU OWN THE BUSINESS and you sir are the face of your company!!!! THIS MAN SHOULD NOT DEAL WOTN CUSTOMERS IF HE IS GOING TO BE SO RUDE, UGLY AND CONDESCENDING!!!!! 0 out of 0

  I have used them for a few years now and have always had good service. Two technicians came out yesterday for AC maintenance. Joe and EJ were very friendly and professional.

  Technician, who was very nice, came out twice and we thought our AC problem was fixed, but the unit stopped working again within a few hours. The third time, a different technician called, on Saturday, and said he would be at our house in an hour and half. We never heard from him again and we spent the weekend sweating in a very hot house. On Monday morning I called the office and got the owner on the phone--I got no apology or even an explanation for the guy not showing up over the weekend after he said he was on his way. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and told me to call "whoever installed it" because variable speed heat pumps are "too complicated" and Reeders doesn't even sell them anymore. And then they sent me a bill for the visits where they didn't actually fix the thing--I paid it, but will never call them again.
