  Called Reed and had their Lead Technician Tom come and service my unit. He was knowledgeable, professional, and quick to diagnose the problem and get my unit back up fast! I would definitely recommend this company to any and all as they were able to do this on a Saturday when most other companies were closed. They've made a life long customer today for sure!

  Reed Service Company did an outstanding job installing a new unit, new air ducts and a new thermostat. Jeff was very professional and answered all of our questions. His team did so great in communicating with us every step of the way. Overall I highly recommend Reed Service Company. Thank you Jeff and team!   Reed Service installed a new AC/Heat unit at our home. It was a great experience from start to finish! Jeff Ridley well advised us on replacing our 19 year old unit. Installation guys did a great job. And Jeff came for a final walk through and answered all our questions. Pricing was reasonable too! Painless from start to finish!!
