  I have used Reed service twice and twice have I been more then satisfied with the excellent service. First was air conditioning that went out in the middle of a heat wave, (of course). Second was heat on a cold January day. Both times,,, the service was fast, efficient, professional, inexpensive...Great!! Love this company. Wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. Blaine went above and beyond. Even came by on his way home to make sure heat was working correctly. This company gets a 5 star rating from me!!!!!

  Blane and Brian were friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. And patient with me - as I ask lots of questions. My 30 plus year old furnace is performing better than it has in a long time.

  Gem of a company!! They provide services as promised, are truly nice folks and their technicians are very knowledgeable - Moved to Columbia recently and got really lucky finding and connecting with Reed - No need to call any other A/C companies!
