    We called Landmark home warranty in mid December (before Christmas), because we could hear our furnace start to go out. It was annoying enough that it took the guy a week to come out and look at it, but he took the part and said he would order it. We figured it would take some time due to the holidays, so we were willing to be patient. But 2.5 weeks later, and still not hearing anything, we tried calling Reds, as well as Landmark. We got a better response from Reds, when Landmark got involved. If we tried to contact Red's directly, we did not get any sort of response. It wasn't until a week and a half ago, that we got contacted by Landmark saying that Red's had JUST sent over the repairs for approval, and that it was approved. Wondering why it took so long to send it over to Landmark for approval??? And if that isn't bad enough, we got a call last week saying that Red's CANCELLED our order because the part was "going to take too long". What's funny is Landmark ordered the part and showed up a day or two later. We have already told Landmark we never want to use this company again... think carefully before choosing this place.

    Contacted my home warranty company, Landmark Home Warranty on 11/1/21 for a Heater Tune-Up Service. They referred me to Reds Refrigeration Service. Spoke with Nick on the phone who scheduled my appointment on 11/4/21. The technician arrived at my home in a personal vehicle and in plain street clothes. Said he was here for the Heater Tune-Up Service. Spent five minutes at my home visually looking at the Heating System. Asked my wife to turn up the thermostat in the house and asked if heat was coming out of the heating vent on the floor. When she replied yes, he said everything is working fine and left. Never took a single tool out of his bag and never performed any type of diagnostic service on the heating system. Was gone only after five minutes at the house. Please do not use this service if you have a home warranty!!!

    Edited 12/2021 - the heat pump system was replaced in May with a brand new Only a/c unit apparently. I posted a glowing review of his hard work and quick install. But he didn't replace the heat pump with another heat pump. The a/c was fabulous. But in October when we turned the heat on there was only auxiliary heat. Cannot recommend due to this mistake. It took more than 45 days to get a new heat pump installed which we thought we had in May when Nick replaced it. To his credit he came and replaced it but it took too long to schedule the replacement which should be we have been needed. We use a home warranty service and we were sent to Reds!
