  Do not call these guys to install anything! I had serious doubts that they would successfully install my mini split a/c unit after watching them attempt to install. After they installed it, it hasn't worked right from that day, made another attempt to get it right, no success. They told me it was a warranty issue, they couldn't figure out what the problem, so I ordered another compressor, had it delivered. I made many attempts for them to come install the unit, and nobody answers the phone, texts, and won't return my calls or texts. I have since heard, after a little research that this is par for this company to ignore you when there's a problem. Very unprofessional.

  Minh and his technicians are top tier. They are honest and their pricing is the best out of the 2 other companies we spoke to. He was also very prompt and we didn't experience a long wait. Very professional and personable. These guys are A1. The best. Hands down. Save yourself the time and money and go with Reddy Air to begin with. They offer a warranty also.

  Great service. My heater was out and Minh came out right away and fixed it. Definitely the best AC and Heating service in Palacios!
