  My wife called them and within 2 days(her choice) Dan was there and had it fixed. Price was REASONABLE. I would definitely use them again.

  Got home from work to find that the upstairs air conditioner wasn’t working on a 90 degree day. They came right out and were able to fix the problem. We are so thankful! Great quality and reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone!

  Very poor service. Do not do business with this company. I had to call them to repair my new unit due to a loud fan right after they installed. I was told they would be out the next day (no show). Then two weeks later they said they had to order a fan. Weeks later I was told the fan came in and they would install the next day (no show). I called the manufacturer to find out that a claim for my fan was never even submitted. They never even ordered the part. Additionally, there is no other model fan for that unit.How is this any way to conduct business.
