After placing a request for service through America Home Shield and not receiving a call, I was instructed to contact RTS Appliance and set up an appointment. RTS confirmed they recieved my information from AHS, then they told me I would have to call AHS to have them resend the request instead of getting an appointment set with me. Something went wrong on their end and they expected me to get it straight.

That’s not what I said. I explained that they send us work orders, if we’re able to accept it we will, the part where we are able to accept it wasn’t sent correctly, so please contact your company to resend it correctly. If it’s not sent correctly I’ll have to do thing out of order. That makes everything wrong and makes the job harder to get anything done. Thanks for review I hope this get some things straightened out for you.

If I could leave negative stars I would!! If you need your AC fixed in a timely manner then this company is NOT for you. If you like getting the run around and don’t mind waiting weeks to get you AC fixed then this guy is for you!! He took my 91 year old grandmother’s service fee and will not come back out to fix her AC. We are in hot humid Texas this is unacceptable!! He won’t even return our calls😡

Sorry for your experience. But your family service was between a Warrnty company. The job was moved to a different company then reassigned to us. Since then we have returned to your grandmother home twice and repaired the issue. We’ve received your opinion on things that wasn’t in our control, be when we were in control nothing was done to correct the information provided.
