  I have used Ray’s Heating And Cooling several times in the past, but the most recent was installing a dishwasher and all of the hookups for our new kitchen sink. Ethan was thorough, gave me explanations on why the job was done the way it was, and was happy to adjust a few things for me with my faucet and dishwasher finishing when I requested it after the fact. Although I feel their pricing is on the high side of average, the value is high. They are prompt, honest, honor their warranties and are just all around pleasant to work with.

  Ethan called beforehand and came on time. Very professional and courteous. Inspected the system and gave me the findings. Was willing to answering my questions and then re-opened my system and showed and explained his findings. Not the news I wanted to hear, but I’m comfortable now paying Ray’s Heating And Cooling for the needed repairs.

  We needed an emergency furnace replacement, Ray’s Heating And Cooling sent someone out to assess the same day I called, and they were there first thing the next day to install the replacement. I was really pleased with all of the techs that I worked with. They were all super knowledgeable and took the time to explain why they needed to replace, the different options that I had available to me, and explained to me all of the different systems. Everyone was masked the entire time they were in my house. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again when it comes time to have central air installed.
