  They came and fixed the issue and left extra of the fuses for the next time it goes out and showed us how to do it ourselves! Very much worth the money! Excellent customer service!

  We are new homeowners and our thermostat suddenly cut out on a Friday evening. Not knowing anything about these fancy HVAC units, we called Ray's and they sent Laxavier over Monday at 11am. He was able to quickly diagnose a clogged drain line and had us up and running within 30 mins. Very happy with their service. Thank you so much.
