  We were an existing customer of Ray Flanagan Plumbing. I called them at 8:30 in the morning about a clogged toilet that I couldn’t unplug despite my best efforts. Their representative nicely advised they would come between 2-4 pm and did not show up. They did not call me either.

  Very expensive for a simple job. Had to come out multiple times for $150 each time. First time the answer was “flush the synchronized with baking soda”. The second time it supposedly was the a/c unit. The third time they claimed that the builder had build the house wrong and therefor the toilet smelled.

  I began working for this company on Monday. I completed my first week of work yesterday. So far I feel like I fit right in as a member a solid team of knowledgable Plumbing & Heating Specialists. I am looking forward to continuing my career here.
