  Ravenna came out...Mike let me tell you this is the best most honest place...he was my second opinion on my oil furnace that was broken down for 2 days...the other company said I should condemn it tried to sell me a new one...Mike had it fixed in 20 mins with a 5.00 part. He could of tried the same thing the other company tried...he did not...he told me I would rather have a customer for life. That right there has got me for a customer for life...he fixed it and left. Wow!!! Best company ever!!! Try them! Ami

  I don't even know where to begin. Jeff truly goes above and beyond. He is honest, fair, and provides top quality customer service! I had to make a "few" phone calls to Jeff after hours because I created a minor fuel issue with our furnace. He walked me through a short and simple process to get the furnace up and running again like a champ, and waited on the line with me until he knew it was running correctly. He could have easily charged me an after hours fee to come out and get my furnace running, but helped me over the phone instead. It truly was a very easy process, and I appreciated GREATLY him taking the time to explain it, and make it so easy! Plus he called to check on us the next morning before his work day started! I truly appreciate him and his dedication to his customers. He installed our oil furnace this past fall, and was very polite, friendly, thorough, clean, and has really left a great impression on us. I truly feel we can rely on him with all of our heating and cooling needs! I HIGHLY recommend Jeff at Ravenna Heating and Cooling!

  They are my hometown Heros. Jeff,Ron, and Frank could not have been more helpful in getting and installing our new Thermo Pride Furnace after the one we purchased nov 2019 from Concord had to get Red tagged. Professional informative and reassuring .So thankful. Best most quiet running furnace. Finally warm n comfortable☺
