Have been dealing with them since 2001 and have never been desapointed by any of the staff. They makebme feel like one of the family. Thanks to Big Luis, Armando and all the guys.

The Guys were super Helpful and Friendly.
Helped Us find all the parts needed to put our Air Conditioning back together and Running!
They had all the parts we needed and more, love this this place.
I'd Recommend this to EVERYONE!

This place almost always has what you need for appliance and A/C, and if they don't they can usually get it pretty quick.

You get what you pay for.
I've gone here twice in the past few months; once for a dryer part, and most recently for a washing machine part. Both times I drove across town to go here because I needed a part the same day, and because they were significantly cheaper than my local part store in St. Cloud. The dryer part worked for about three days and failed, and the washer part did not work from the beginning. Both times I bit the expense the next go around and paid double the price for the part at the St. Cloud part store, and I've not had any issues since.
My most recent purchase was an actuator. When I opened the box at home I noticed that it was not in any plastic, rather it was wrapped in cardboard paper. The part was very dirty and showed signs of heavy use. I immediately called and talked with two guys, John and SR. both told me there was no way it was used. They asked for pictures, so I emailed the photos. SR assured me that even though it was very dirty and the electrical plug was worn and rusty, that it would work. It did not. I went and got the same part from St. Cloud and my dryer is now working. Will not be back.

Not a convenient place, You need a license and an account with them in order to purchase from them. Not a good place at all.

Did not want to even give 1 star..Absolutely WILL NEVER shop or send anyone ever to this location ever again, my husband accidentally bought the wrong part for our stove and when I went to take it back... A$41. Part.. Michael the manager, said nope not taking it back...my husband  was not told he could not return .   not once, or we would not have spent the $$$ to try and fix it ...now I have a $41. Paper weight..  Thanks for teaching me a lesson in customer service  RAPCO. ...

Missy I do understand your frustration when purchasing a part that does not fix your issue however as explained we have a no return on electrical parts especially if the part has been installed. We make sure that all items sold to our customers are sold as new and unused items. If you are in need of another part to fix your appliance you can reach out to me and we would do our best to accommodate you on your purchase.

Had to drive out there for an hour but it was the closest place that had the part on a Saturday that I needed. Less expensive than everyone else, and I didn't have to order it from online

The only reason I go to this store is to purchase air conditioning filters that I can’t find anywhere else because of the  odd size. I wanted to purchase something else and asked for help and they wouldn’t move from their chair. No help at all. I get better treatment at Home Depot and Lowes.

Awesome place to go they always have what you need they're pretty knowledgeable of their parts great store.
