  Used Randy based on the recommendation of a close friend. He sent a technician to my house to look at an issue. The technician never entered the house, only checking the outside unit. He spent a total of 15 minutes at my home, and added a half pound of refrigerant ($30) and charged an $85 service call plus an additional $10 travel fee (I’m in Shelbyville a couple of minutes from Randy’s business). The service did nothing to resolve the issue. I’m left feeling like I was not only not well served and the issue wasn’t handled, but that I was taken advantage of with unscrupulous charges. Perhaps Randy takes better care of his regular clients, but I will never use him again.

  This company is way more concerned with billing you and moving on to the next job than actually solving your issues. I used this company based on the recommendation of a life long friend. They showed up and were courteous, but ignored my description of the problem and moved right into adding refrigerant. $125 later they were on their way (they charged an extra $10 as travel charge despite my home being within 2 miles of their business address) and my problem was not fixed. Not competent and not ethical. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  I worked for Randy back around 1990. He was honest and fair.He made sure our work was done right the first time. I think you will do alright with him.
