  New AC unit was installed at my mom's house after a house fire. Unit worked the first year, then every year after that it would not work at the start of the summer season. We had to call Ivan to come look at it for 5 years in a row. Last time he came out, my mother was told he would not be returning the next year to "fix" the unit (should have been replaced as he admitted he had a few other houses with this exact unit having problems). Fast forward to the beginning of this summer. Different HVAC guy was called. Took him ONE visit to find the leak (which he said was common in these units) and was able to fix it 2 days later. Ivan was generally professional, but this situation should have been handled way better. We will not be recommending this company to friends or family (my husband works in an HVAC warehouse and we are constantly asked for HVAC installer suggestions)
