  Durand came to my home today for seasonal maintenance on the furnace and gas fireplace. This is the first time I've had service with Rahman Heating - I called them based on their positive online reviews. I would welcome Durand and Rahman into my home again - he was very professional - on time, respectful and proficient. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. It was also easy to schedule the service with Sam (within the same week I called), and I received a call from her during the 2-hour appointment window to let me know when to expect Durand. I can definitely recommend them!

  Rahman replaced the HVAC in our house. Bill came out to work up an estimate. He listened carefully to my concerns, inspected our system to see what could be retained, and provided a number of options--each with information. Other companies' reps seemed to enter our house knowing what they wanted to sell us prior to looking things over, and they had hard-sell approaches. Bill's approach was much better. The installation was prompt, professional, and smooth. We paid the quoted price--there were no surprises. The price, by the way, was about 50% less than a comparable setup from one of the big companies in Rochester. (I guess having a fancy showroom and laptops and mobile printers like one of the other companies has is expensive and people who buy from them pay for those unnecessary bells and whistles.) The best news is that my family is more comfortable than we've ever been in our home. Rahman is our go-to for any future needs.
