  Hello reader I'm delighted to submit feedback regarding our work experience with Ragno Boiler Maintenance Inc. Our tenant association has been calling on Ragno to provide maintenance and upgrade services to on our boiler for well over 10 years. The last 3 years we have been exclusively calling upon Ragno because we found their work holds up over time and the diagnosis of what needs to be corrected or improved has been spot on in all cases. This has not been the story with all our service providers in the past. Ragno has the technical team to diagnose, recommend solutions and complete the installation/s of what is required to restore your boiler to proper working order. Since returning exclusively to Ragno in the summer of 2017 we experienced no interruptions in heat and hot water service for the 2018, and 2019 Heating Season. We are looking forward to the same outcome for the 2020 Heating Season and beyond. Trust in Ragno you will not be disappointed. The Administrators and the Tech Team in the field are always courteous and professional in their demeanor. I highly recommend Ragno as your service provider.
