  This has happened now twice in our home in three years and I’m afraid to pull the third toilet. Before our 1st year in our house our dining room ceiling had to come down because the toilet had not been set properly. It rotted a truss and they had to do mold remediation and it was a huge mess. We were told that they checked the other up stairs toilets and we should be good. Fast forward two years when our warranty is up and I notice black on the ceiling. Sure enough we were not good to go but our whole floor truss had rotted away. Once is bad luck but twice and after they checked this toilet is just bad workmanship.

  Ronald came out to help solve a toilet mystery. He was great, effective and efficient. It was actually fun having him help figure it out. Could not have done it without him.

  Hector was fabulous! He was friendly, personable, professional & actually knew what the problem most likely was just from me explaining it (he was right). He then brought me the piece from inside the faucet to actually show me what was causing the leak. Took him no time to fix it. It was a pleasure dealing with him!
