  Warranty company selected this business for my wiring problems. After FINALLY getting an appointment scheduled they showed up to my house hours after they were supposed to be there. 2 weeks later after a lot of back and forth everything is approved and I've taken off work to wait for them and they never show up. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns calls, the woman who does occasionally answer the phone is pleasant enough until you call them on their lack of communication. Instead of trying to get someone out to you ASAP (since it was their error) they respond with, "do you want to just cancel your contract?" Contacted the warranty company and requested a new service contract but I'm going on 4 weeks of my house being half without power and it's going to be even longer thanks to this poor excuse of a company.

  Tried to make an appointment with them but they won't answer their phone. They did answer the warranty company who tried to follow up for me, so I try again. I get a very exasperated person to answer and she tells me they'll call me later after they get the work order. Problem is she's already confirmed she has my work order in her hand. So she tries to muffle the phone and yells across the room, to the person with the schedule I presume, when can this lady have an appointment? The response I can hear is tell her she can wait two weeks then. I don't want to have people in my home who act like that when asked to do their jobs. Warranty company found me another contractor.
