  We had Jeff come out to fix uneven heating to some of our rooms in our home. He was very friendly and took his time to diagnose the issue. He scoped our duct work and confirmed everything was working like it should. We previously had struggled with two other companies who came out a told is our system was inferior in some way. Jeff didn’t do that! He figured out what the furnace needed and fixed our issue. All of that work only took him 90 minutes! We HIGHLY recommend R & R Mechanical to anyone who is experiencing issues with their HVAC!

  ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company First American Home Warranty. They have visited my house 3 times and cannot get my AC pan to drain. Installed drains uphill so the water will not drain. At the last visit they took the auxiliary drain and plumbed it to the primary drain, I would question if this is even up to code now. They moved my air ducks around in my attic so now they do not work correctly and leak air. I have now waited 2 weeks calling and emailing FAHW almost daily with no luck. I reached directly out to R&R with no luck either. Wish The BBB would get involved with both FAHW and R&R.

  I was assigned this company through a home warranty company. After waiting the appropriate amount of time without any communication (2 business days), I finally called the home warranty company to see if they could reach the company for me as I had left several messages with no call back. The home warranty company told me an appointment time and date set for a few days later. At the time of service, they did not show up. Three hours later, after many messages trying to get in touch with them and no response, I had to call the home warranty company back and get a new company reassigned to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The complete lack of customer service is ridiculous.
