  Our experience with R&R was the most professional and pleasant service we've ever had, and not just as a heating and air company but as a local service company in general. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Courteous, informative, properly trained, and great customer service. Called them for a service on our air unit. They came out the next day, 10 minutes before scheduled, inspected everything thoroughly, made repairs, and informed us of their offers and service plans that could best benefit us as homeowners.

  Called R&R heating and air one evening due to our ac not working. They were able to send a technician out and get our air back up and running same day. So very thankful for the quick response and reasonable prices.

  The service at R&R Heating and Air Conditioning was awesome. All the staff from the office staff to the technician were very professional, polite, and extremely helpful. Eric Collins was the technician and he went above and beyond working late into the evening to help get my Heat restored. Another thing that really impressed me was even when there was a delay related to and approval they kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company for its dedication to excellence in customer service
